Application under the Children Act 1989 for a residence, contact or other section 8 order. Note: As from 8 December 2008 the C100 form will be used in place of the current C1 form for all applications under s8 of the Children Act 1989 (residence, contact, prohibited steps, specific issues). The C1 will continue to be used (in a very slightly updated form) for other (non-section-8) Children Act 1989 applications. The C1A form will continue in its current form for the present.
